WORKPLACE CULTURE COHORT

 

Workplace Culture Cohort is a a 9-week program for those ready to transform how their organization supports its people. This is a collaborative, community-inspired, and strength-based approach where students complete coursework/lessons together in an interactive style.

This program is for organizations and changemakers in leadership roles—who are committed to building workplaces where everyone thrives and feels a sense of belonging by valuing differences, sharing power, and prioritizing employee well-being.
