I talk with different folks in different districts, they are wondering when is RVA Thrives coming in their community. My hope is that you can satisfy those other districts, and do the same thing that you're doing in the eighth, and what you're doing some in the sixth too. What you're doing, I feel it will catch on. It's just like an epidemic. Once people see you doing something, and you're improving, it'll catch on.
Once people see you doing something, and you're improving, it'll catch on.
Everybody wants to look good. Everybody wants to feel safe. Everybody wants, when they have guests coming from out of town, they want to feel good about inviting folks into their city. They want to be able to feel safe, they can take them to restaurants, shopping. Morning, evening, even at night, you're going to go to museum, or whatever, a fair, you want to feel safe and comfortable. I just feel that RVA Thrive is going to bring that feeling, or bring that environment to the city.
